MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
As a manufacturer of private label cosmetic products, we have a minimum order quantity that varies depending on the product you request. Since we are a factory that makes mass production, the product you want varies depending on the min production amount of our production boilers and the minimum order quantity of the packaging you choose. Most items must be ordered in multiples of 1000 pieces. Our sales representative will inform you about the minimum order quantities suitable for the product and packaging you have chosen.

PRODUCT LABELING
It’s necessary to comply with all federal, state and local cosmetic labeling and packaging laws and regulations. In our private label productions, label designs come from you for each order. For reorders, before production, we will ask for your confirmation about the same label design of your previous order or not.Our sales representatives will inform you about the signs and information that should be on the label, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the label designs and information comply with your country’s legislation.
ORDER ADDITIONS/CHANGES
In an effort to service our customers as quickly as possible, orders are activated in our order processing system almost immediately upon placement. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure your order is complete and accurate before submitting it. We understand that changes may become necessary even after an order has been placed. Depending on the stage of production, we strive to accommodate modifications to your order. To explore the feasibility of changes, we recommend reaching out to our sales team. By engaging in open communication, we can assess the extent to which changes can be integrated into the production process, ensuring that your evolving needs are met with flexibility and adaptability.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid via wire transfer. A deposit payment is necessary to place the order officially, and balance payment must be paid before shipment.
